Note that the Refund Policy has changed from 2022!

Once a ticket is purchased, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued subject to the following policy:

  1. The customer must fill out the form at the bottom of this page. This is the only acceptable way to request a refund. Refund requests made orally, via email, via fax, or any other method besides the form at the bottom of this page will not be processed.
  2. The form must be submitted before 10:00 PM on the night before the trip.
  3. The customer does not have to provide a reason for the refund request.
  4. Refund forms submitted after 10:00 PM on the night before the trip and onwards will not be processed.
  5. Refunds are for 50% of the purchase price of the ticket.
  6. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the end of the Gateways Pesach program.
